Meet The Team
Don Holloman, CEO
Mr. Holloman is Chief Executive Officer of Cabarrus Rowan Community Healthcare Centers, Inc. CRCHC is a Federally Qualified Health Center, that provides comprehensive, high-quality healthcare services to over 10,000 patients with 30,000 patient visits in Cabarrus and Rowan Counties in NC.
Mr. Holloman reports directly to the Governing Board and is responsible for the overall direction of the Federally Qualified health center. Mr. Holloman has a passion for, and goal of, ensuring the uninsured and underinsured citizens of Cabarrus and Rowan Counties, have access to affordable, quality healthcare and believes no one should be made to sacrifice their health due to lack of finances and/or accessibility; he’s able to realize his goal by ensuring CRCHC functions as a major Safety Net Provider in the region and by implementing innovative and sound strategy development. Mr. Holloman is currently striving to grow the organization to provide a wider range of services to a greater number of people in Cabarrus and Rowan counties. CRCHC’s services now include dental, behavioral health and primary care services for our migrant and homeless population.
Mr. Holloman holds a bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration and a Master’s in Education from Tennessee State University and hold certifications in Healthcare Management and Tax Accounting.
Vicie Moran, CFO
Vicie L. Moran, CPA, CIA, CFE is a Business Unit Risk & Controls Manager at TIAA (tiaa.org), a Fortune 100 financial services and manages her own CPA firm, Moran & Associates, CPAs. She has been employed at TIAA since 2008 and managing Moran & Associates since 2010.
After completing her Bachelor’s and Master’s Accounting degrees at Auburn University and Samford University, Vicie’s strong relationship building skills, business acumen, along with governance, risk and compliance skills, lead her into a career that includes monitoring and communicating emerging risks and regulations, providing strategic direction for actionable cross-functional changes, driving and influencing cultural change to ensure a sustainable regulatory compliance environment.
While at TIAA, Vicie also engages and encourages women across TIAA as the co-lead of the Charlotte Advance Women’s Employee Resource Group (ERG). She’s also an active participant on the Culture Action Committee, helping to drive engagement and employee satisfaction across the organization. Outside of TIAA, Vicie volunteers with the local Charlotte Chapter of the Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA) as a member of the Academic Committee and is on the Women’s leadership team at her local church, Cfa in Concord, NC.
Vicie holds certifications as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), and Project Management Professional (PMP).
Vicie also enjoys reading or listening to audiobooks, traveling, sampling coffees, and gardening while residing in Harrisburg, NC with her handsome husband and charismatic kids – Adrianna (5) and Cameron (3).
Jason Autry
Jason Autry has spent his entire adult life connecting with and helping people as a minister, counselor, speaker and educator. His career has included service on the leadership team of 5 different organizations and the 100,000-student university. He has communicated in the United States and abroad, led revitalization projects, built cross-functional teams, and advised leaders from companies like Honeywell, UPS, and Capital One Bank. In addition to serving as an Adjunct Professor of Religious Philosophy and Leadership, he is a communications and strategy consultant. Jason is a graduate of the University of South Carolina and he went on to earn two masters degrees. He and his wife, Bonnie have one daughter, Alivia and they live in Charlotte.
