Mission Possible
Upper Room Outreach traveled to Kenya Africa. Our Goal was to have a water system built in a small town in Kenya for over 140,000 or more children and adults living in impoverished conditions… MISSION ACCOMPLISHED!

Community Outreach
Every year since 2010, Upper Room Outreach International has partnered with other businesses, ministries and organizations to provide children in the community with free back-packs filled with basic school supplies, books, shoes, coats and much, much more.
Upper Room partners with businesses and organizations to provide families in our community with workshops on home buying information, finances, parenting, mental health and much more. Upper Room offered free GED classes in collaboration with Rowan Cabarrus Community College.
Upper Room Outreach
Family Services
The Upper Room Family Center is a community-based facility that provides educational and support programs primarily for adults and families. The support programs offered will vary widely and can include the following:

Counseling: Counseling services may include clinical mental health counseling, marriage or other family counseling, and abuse counseling.

Employment support: These services include resume preparation assistance, job search assistance, and interviewing techniques.

Financial management: These services include training and counseling for basic personal and family financial management such as balancing a checkbook, managing credit, applying for loans, etc.

Community orientation: These services provide information on local community services and recreational opportunities.
Golden Heart Foundation
Kevin Rogers lost his battle with hypertension on March 14, 2019. To honor his legacy, we have created The Golden Heart Foundation. It will focus on strengthening and empowering our community by educating children and families on the importance of heart health and healthy habits. The key initiatives that will be supported are:
